Delivery and returns
All our products are delivered during the flight and as long as security conditions permit.
- All claims should be submitted by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling the following phone number in Bogotá: (57) 1 3568177 EXT 112, from Monday through Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.
- Original receipt and voucher must be submitted with the claim within 60 days following the purchase date. Claims are not accepted if these documents are not submitted. No exceptions will be made.
- Once the claim has been received, you will be notified by Customer Service of the process to follow for the most efficient review or exchange.
- Claims will only be accepted if the product presents malfunctions or technical issues. Claims related to damages resulting from misuse, wear and tear or abuse of product will not be accepted.
- Claims related to perfumes, creams, makeup or food will not be accepted.
- Fragrances and cosmetics cannot be open before purchase.
